My car rides & shifts better. The customer service could be tightened up a bit. The representative brought my car out after the upgrade, drove it out of the garage, left it running with the door open and no one was there at my car to greet me, give me my keys when I can out. I had to flag someone down to inquire, where my keys were....

Well first of all I went to go get an oil change , and was told that the person I spoke too over the phone I think his name was John or josh I don’t recall his name but he said he was the coordinator there he said to bring my car in that there wouldn’t be a problem I got there and the lady I guess it was Betzy wasn’t that friendly to begin with said there was no such person and that I would have to wait two to three hours I said that was fine also she said there were things in front of my glove compartment and that I had to move them or they wouldn’t service my car I have never heard of that anyways I waited In the lobby for about 30-40 mins and then Betzy comes and tell me that I wouldn’t be able to get my car serviced that I would have to come back , I work in marina del try/playa vista area I can’t come in the morning I work mornings and get off at 1pm so that’s is an inconvenience for me and also thanksgiving is Thursday so I really am not happy with the way I was treated next time I am going to look elsewhere for seevice .

After 24 hours I was not given a call, text, or message about the status of the vehicle on a simple brake inspection. I find myself having to go in person each time to connect with anyone that can give some information - over the phone doesnt work. Expecting customers to leave their car multiple days (not just overnight) for service should be well communciated. If this was a more complicated job, I can understand the time needed, but when it comes to common service needs, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Lord help me for buying Jeep...

Dropped off my vehicle on Saturday using the after hours drop box. for an appointment to have my vehicle looked at on Tuesday morning. Reason I dropped it on Saturday was leaving town until Wednesday. Left message for status update Tuesday afternoon- no response. Called serval times Wednesday morning with no response. Female employee in service said that Caesar was my service adviser and he would call me back and later she said he was trying to call me but I had no miss calls no messages nothing. I am a fleet manager for a large trucking company and I receive many calls and text messages daily and nobody had any problems contacting me that day. After asking the female service adviser if my vehicle was repaired she informed me only the oil change was completed and the repair I actually brought it in for was not and if I wanted it repaired it would cost $600. I said to go ahead to repair. I did not have not a single conversation with my service adviser at all. I picked up my vehicle Thursday morning talking on to the cashier. I received paperwork on repair that was done, but did not receive anything on complementary inspection which I normally receive after oil changes. I been going here for 10+ years and always given 5 star reviews after each service. This time it is a solid 1. I hope that the service adviser sees this message and learns to do a better job.

I was told I would get a call by end of day when by mar would be ready. I never received a call and my car was not ready until the next day. I understand that repairs sometimes take longer, but an update would have been appreciated in order to schedule two days without a car.

I was highly disappointed in my last service appointment. I brought my car in on time for my 9:45 appointment on Thursday, November 11th. Throughout the day I never received a call or text regarding an update. This was the first time that I never received a call or text update from this dealership. I left a message with a representative for Brian to call me back and I never received a call back. It wasn’t until I went to the dealership around 4:30 that I was able to speak to Brian to receive an update on my car. Miraculously Brian received an update at the same moment that I arrived. I even had to wait about 15 min more to find out about my second car concern. Brian told me that my car is covered by my warranty, but the part that is needed is on back order. Brian told me he would call me on Friday, the next day, to notify me of the next steps to get my car fixed. It’s Tuesday, November 16th and I still haven’t heard from Brian. I am highly disappointed in this service with Brian.
