I want to thank Cesar arizmendi for helping fix my vehicle, I was dealing with some electrical issues and I had to take it in a couple times but ceasar and technicians got the job done. My car means the world to me and to have it fixed like new is the best felljng.

Technicians refused to address a problem with an engine mount that is still bad. They previously changed one saying that there is no more issues but there is still another engine mount that is bad and they refuse to look into it saying my car is perfectly fine

Every single thing about the service team was stellar and beyond five star. It was disappointing because I’m dropping off the vehicle and picking up to see the entire sales team walking around nauseous with their masks half on but their masks purposely off from the sales manager to the entire sale stuff on the sales floor

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment then it Took 5 days to look at it to diagnose and decide you needed a part which will take 7 days to arrive. Meanwhile I pay for a warranty that includes rental car and I didn’t get a rental.

I received a letter from FCA explaining to me that a new security feature was available specifically for my vehicle (included the VIN on the letter). This enhanced security feature is something I was/am extremely interested in having updated on the PCM. However, the service advisor told me that the update was not available for my vehicle at this time. The service department did fix the door handle warranty repair, but now I will have to bring it in for service again once FCA or Scott Robinson figures out how to update this new software that was released to all Chargers with the 6.4 SRT motor. I hope that someone reads this comment and can contact FCA to learn how to obtain the software and update my PCM.
