Car was there for 8 1/2 hours for routine 40k mile service. Zero communication from the service team even after repeated calls and left messages. Wiper fluid system does not work now, recall parts were not in stock so that was not completed. I have not checked more but will tomorrow. Seats were in a position that looked like someone had slept in them ( driver side was fully reclined at pickup??) this is always the case with your service department. I also told them that the keep was Erving hog and not changing gears occasionally… not addressed AGAIN. The vehicle lease is almost up, feel I should be looking to a new dealership or manufacturer.

Yeimy never came out to talk to me when I picked up my car. Didn’t tell me anything about the services they had to do. I had to find out by the paperwork given to me that my concerned wasn’t fixed by fixing the recall. I left with so many questions. I made a call right away to speak with her but was told to leave my number and she would call me back, she never did. I know that I didn’t pay to get the recall fixed but I mean I could’ve been treated better with customer service

Yeimy is a life saver. We had a strange whining noise coming from the front of the engine. She advised me that if it was the water pump it was covered under recall. I found out later it was the water pump and I drove to Utah the next day without a hitch. The water pump would have probably went out on the long trip had we not gotten it changed out under the recall. I brought it in the morning and it was done by 2:00. When Yeimy call me to say it was ready I was so excited. She is the best.

I was robbed at your dealership. I feel as though I was taking advantage off, for the lack of knowledge about cars and being distributed about the whole situation (my car running hot).
My biggest mistake was trusting your employees and being naive and taking advantage off.
I came into your shop knowing what need to be done ( replacing the heater hose that was broke and antifreeze)...I had my car towed to your location..
# 1 I got OUT OF THE TOW TRUCK TO SEE WHERE TO DROP MY CAR AFTER WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO ME
# 2 I TOLD CHRISTIAN WHAT I NEED AND SHOWED HIM THE BROKEN HEATER HOSE, HE IN TURNED TOLD ME I NEED A DIAGNOSTIC SO THEY COULD WORK ON MY CAR. MY MISTAKE WAS BEING DESPERATE AGREEING TO IT I JUST WANTED MY CAR FIXED..BEING MADE TO FEEL THAT I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING, AND I NEEDED THAT DIAGNOSTICS.
THEN CHRISTIAN RUN IN THE OFFICE TO AND ASSIGNED/ SCHEDULED. I FELT FORCED TO HAVE IT DONE INSPITE OF ME SHOWING HIM THE BROKEN HOSE.
#3 THE FACT THAT THIS LOCATION HAD NO CARS AVAILABLE TO USE. AAA HAD SCHEDULED A CAR FOR ME WITH HERTZ. ONCE I FOUND OUT WHERE IT WAS I ASKED IF THEY COULD TAKE ME THERE... HE ACTED AS THOUGH I WAS BE EXTRA. THEY ADVENTUALLY ALLOWED SOMEONE TO DRIVE ME THERE.
# 4 CALL TO SEE IF ANYTHING NEWS ON MY CAR. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT IT WAS COST $600+ DOLLARS TO REPAIR A HOSE AND ANTIFREEZE. THE ONLY CONCERN AT THAT POINT WOULD I ALLOW THIS OR NOT... SO I TOLD HIM THAT WAS WAY TO HIGH OF PRICE AND THAT I WOULD PICKUP MY CAR...
# 5 ONCE I GOT THERE CHRISTIAN TOLD ME THE BILL WAS $189 AND CHANGE FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC ONLY...AND THE PARTS WOULD BE CHARGES SEPARATE WHICH WHERE IN ANOTHER DEPARTMENT AT THIS LOCATION..I DIDNT FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE PAID TO PAY FOR A DIAGNOSTIC BUT I PAID. HIGHLY IRRITATED THINKING IM BEING TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ASK IF THEY COULD FIND THE PARTS WHILE I PAID FOR DIAGNOSTICS.
# 6 AFTER PAYING I PRECEDED TO GET THE PARTS, WITH MY RECEIPT IN HAND SOME BOY ASKED FOR MY PAPERWORK. SO I HANDED IT TO HIM THINKING HE WAS GOING TO GET THE PARTS...BUT WONDERING WHY HE WHEN IN ANOTHER DIRECTION...I PRECEDED TO THE PARTS DEPARTMENT. THERE WAS SOMEONE AHEAD OF ME SOCIALIZING WITH YOUR CLERK FOR 3-6 MINUTES AND DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE I WAS THERE UNTIL THE MAN LEFT.
# 7 I APPROACHED THE COUNTER TO TELL THE CLERK WANT I NEEDED, IT DAWNED UPON ME I COULDNT TELL HIM THE CORRECT PARTS BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MY PAPERWORK. SOMEBODY HAD MY PAPERS AND HAD DISAPPEARED. EVENTUALLY WE BOTH LOOK FOR THE BOY, AT THIS POINT WHICH NOW WAS PUTTING ICING ON THE CAKE. I STARTED LOOKING WHERE I JUST PAID FOR DIAGNOSTIC, LOOKING INTO PARKING LOT, THEN BACK TO PARTS DEPT WHEN MY GRANDDAUGHTER CALLED TO ME. SHE SAID THAT SOMEONE BROUGHT THE PAPER TO THE CAR... THE PARTS CLERK WAS IN THE OFFICE WITH CHRISTIAN. THAT BOY WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I WENT BACK TO PARTS DEPT WITH PAPERWORK IN HAND THAT I GAVE TO YOUR CLERK. THE CLERK WENT TO RETRIEVE PARTS SUDDENLY THAT BOY APPEARS FROM NO WHERE. THE CLERK TOOK ABOUT 15 OR SO MINUTES, I YELLED TO THE BACK DO YOU NEED HELP TO FIND THE PARTS MEANWHILE THAT BOY WAS WALKING BACK AND FORTH WITH NOTHING IN HIS HANDS..THERE WENT THE CHERRY ON THIS CAKE.
I WAS SO OVERWHELMED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I PAID FOR PARTS AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY DRIVING MY CAR THAT HAD NOT BEEN FIXED. ONCE HOME I DISCOVERED I LEFT THE PARTS. I CALL AND SAID MY DAUGHTER WOULD BE PICKING UP THE PARTS FOR ME. MY CAR IS NOW SMOKING AS WELL AS MYSELF. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSING AT 6PM IT MAYBE 5:40 PM WHEN I CALLED AND HE REPEATED THEY CLOSE AT 6...ON THE CANDLE WAS ADDED, OR SHOULD I SAY A STICK OF DYNAMITE CAUSE I LOST IT. I TOLD WHOM EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE I PAID FOR IT AND I WANT IT TODAY. THEIR RESPONSE WAS TO LEAVE IT IN RECEPTION DESK....
