I would have like to have received a phone call between the hour of 2 and 3pm as I was told. I had to call at 4pm to receive update. Also when I came to pick up car; it was confusion as to whether to go to service desk or cashier and it took awhile for my car to be brought to me- I thought it was being washed!

When I took my car to Scott Robinson I was afraid that something might happened because my experience with dealership service always something goes wrong. This time whomever worked on my car they pull my panel out without losing the plastic screw and therefore torn the hole that stop the panel from coming down. I am highly disappointed because I took time off work and paid you guy for the labor to be done right. Now my panel beneath the steering wheel is not stable and will come down because of the torn panel that is connect with the plastic screw that holds it in place. How can I rectify this without it causing me time and money. Nothing was wrong with this no problem with the panel coming down until they worked on my car. Please advise

Hi, I do not like leaving negative reviews but I was extremely dissatisfied with my service experience. Yesterday, I called to see if I could pick up my vehicle. I told the service rep that I talked to that I would be getting there right before 6pm and asked if that was okay since I knew the service area closed at 6pm. They told me that it actually closed at 7pm and that I could "take my time" heading over. I specifically arranged a ride and took time off work to come pick up my vehicle only to find out that the service area does in fact close at 6pm. This was extremely frustrating. I then had to Uber to the dealership this morning, so this entire experience cost me time and money. When I arrived this morning, I had to wait an additional 30 mins just for someone to bring the vehicle out to me. When I asked him to explain some of the service that was indicated at the paperwork, he was unable to do so clearly. I am greatly dissatisfied with this entire experience.

Had the worst experience drop of my car since Wednesday was told what was wrong with my vehicle. Was told my car was going to be ready on Thursday and i didn’t hear back till Friday that i had to actually go to the dealership and ask when was my car going to be ready. Employee need to keep updating customer about there vehicle. This was my first and last time going to this dealership. Never again and i will not recommend to no one else

Truck went in to get turbo actuator replaced. Coolant levels were left below minimum in coolant tank. Low coolant level message appeared on screen and didn’t clear until I filled coolant reservoir. Had to top off myself after spending close to $2500 at dealer.
