Humberto was polite and professional. He was also able to give me a good assessment of how long the service would take. After service was completed he went over all the work that was done. In addition, he informed me of recall that was required for my vehicle. This was my first experience with this dealership, and I’ll be returning for all future scheduled service and repairs

Humberto was great! I was told it would take a couple of hours but after returning 2.5 hours later, they didn’t even start on it. Humberto went to the back to tell them and apparently it only took 20 minutes to do it and I was done. Humberto was great but I don’t like the fact that they didn’t start on my car. It was just getting a key programmed which takes a few minutes. I was on my lunch break and ended up being late returning after asking them for a two hour lunch. I was told it would only be less than two hours.

I had a terrible time trying to get an appointment service would send me to an appointment desk were no one answered. Tried web but you were not making appointments. Finally main line got me through and got sppointment. Turned vehicle in. Thought I would have 2 hr wait. Ended up 4 +. My advisor took responsibility and mitigated my angst with an offset I really appreciate a willingness to take responsibility Service wads well done. Understand things happen. But. I could nut say all was well. Ljj
