I brought my vehicle in to have the radio replaced for the 2nd time. Both times I have recieved my vehicle radio in a worse condition than when I brought it in. Very bad quality control. I can not even use the back up screen cause it is a blue screen or double split view. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have recieved. I am now waiting on a 3rd radio replacement. Horrible service.

It took 30 minutes to drop the vehicle off. We were told our 3 remaining oil changes expired—I bought the car with 4 free oil changes with no expiration date communicated. The service agent was very short and impatient with my wife about the oil changes. It took another 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle.I also had to reactivate SiriusXM without any explanation.from service. So far less than completely satisfied

Your customer service is great. One thing I would point out I got quoted for a lift on my wrangler and I found it to be extremely over priced why is that? Why is the labor more than the actual lift?

Caesar was very nice to work with but the mechanics were very careless and dirty. It looked like absolutely nothing was done. If you replace an air filter, at least wipe it off so we know you were in there and we asked for the truck to be washed and it was not done. They had the truck 2 full days and I had to call 6 times to get an update which is ridiculous. I left several voicemails and no one returned my calls. My time is valuable too. I understand Caesar was busy but I'm the customer and it's his job to keep me informed. Not happy with this experience and still not completely sure all the tasks were performed which makes me nervous because I have to drive it across the country in two weeks. Wish me luck
