Y’all had my car for 4 days and didn’t check the faulty tire until the day i was to pick it up. So now I’m dealing with my bad tire on my own instead of paying you to. The car runs great now (as it should for $81000). The service at this dealership is the worst I’ve ever encountered and the only reason i put up with it is because you have SRT JOHN fixing the cars. The whole operation really is a disappointment and if i wasn’t a 3rd generation Mopar guy with 5 of your vehicles spanning 52 years I’d never be back. Bottom line...it’s piss poor but it’s the only option i have so i have to settle.

My vehicle was picked up with a new dent on the passenger side door. Upon noticing one of your representatives was rude about me noticing saying he couldn't do anything at the time because he wasn't my service adjuster. The dent is noticable and it's not at all ok that you guys treat my vehicle like it's nothing. I work very hard to have the car I have and it's so upsetting to see that the location where I purchased my car doesn't give a damn about it. I went without a car for an entire day, and that's me giving up transportation for work and even moreso upsetting because my son is special needs and goes to therapy every single day. I am beyond upset and annoyed that this time also I received horrible service from you guys.horrible service. Horrible treatment. I may not know about cars but I know the scratches I have on my car and I don't appreciate dents being on my car when I get it back after.trusting that it would get handled carefully.

Service treated me like I was second class truck owner had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my truck in route to your service people that is the limit at 19 Limited it is not one of the cheap trucks that you kept walking past me a transmission issue they didn’t get to it I am moving mirror they didn’t get through it all I did was recall not too good

My car isn’t driving at is should I took it for regular maintenance & special attention a few things. For example, the version I have only has power in motion, but upon driving they car rattles and doesn’t properly let our the correct ratio of power to the body, in addition to that I also stated that my car doesn’t stay aligned while driving straight. For example, if you were driving in a lane that was straight and you were holding the wheel @ 10 & 2 the car would still be end up being in someone else’s lane, also the turning ration isn’t set. I’ve also mentioned that the car is having problems with breaking. Most of the cars I’ve driven in have been able to break consistently like the same foot weight ratio to stop the car, something is wrong with the breaking system on this car. There is no reason why you should be able to drive your car and while driving the and you are breaking your car is jerking because even if you press the brakes soft or hard it still breaking at a halt if you can understand what I mean. I’ve requested that these items be looked into and the representative told me that no false reports on any failed diagnostics. Like I told yeimy on the phone and in person that due to COVID I am moving out of state 10/24/2020 and you guys are my home dealership and I would like for you guys to take care of these things. Of course I know that reports and findings on cars can never show but nothing explains this car gendering my safety on the road. Ii don’t feel comfortable knowing that I’ve exhausted my options and you guys tell me everything is fine and next thing you know for forbid something happens. Please give me a call ****-****-xxxx.

Two weeks ago I took my Chrysler 300 to your dealership because my check engine light was on. They diagnosed my car with a EVAP problem. They supposedly fixed the problem but two weeks after the check engine light turn back on. I went back to the dealership on Saturday October 17th 2020 so they can code read it again and to David’s knowledge he said that there was No code showing up and told him how can you say that when my check engine light is on. I’m pretty sure the problem still from the last time the they “Supposedly Fixed”. Is a hassle and frustrating going back for the same problem.
