One item which did not set too well with me was the availability of a rental car. My service writer stated even though I brought my truck in due to a recall (emissions) problem, I was told I was not entitled to a rental car. Due to a recall issue every customer should get a rental car. Just good PR. Everything else ok!!

David was great but I don’t think the dealership took the time to diagnose the issue. Instead, blaming the issue on an after factory spare tire mount insisting that is making the side back window squeal. Funny how when you stand and shake that tire, no squeling!!! Will take it to another dealership that said they will investigate. I was told how busy your service dept was and this was proof of that! Nobody’s looked at the vehicle other then the service manager and was called a few hours after I dropped it off.

The service was great! They had my car back to me within 15 hours. The blow comment has nothing to do with Scott Robinson Dodge/Jeep. I feel that Dodge has let me down with inferior parts, in this case, it was a lug nut cover that broke off, and ended up throwing my back out, which is fine once I get it adjusted. When I applied torque to the tire tire, I literally flew on the ground. I feel lug nuts shouldn’t fail like this on any vehicle, and luckily I was not traveling ol the middle of nowhere when my tire blew. Regardless of having AAA roadside assistance, which only covers a Tow for 7 miles, I would have paid OUT THE **** for a common routine emergency tire change, which should be a 20 minute DIY JOB. I this case, I had to waste one of my annual AAA service calls to, and $199 to get my tire fixed. Had I been able to perform the job myself, which the car manual provided me the information to do it myself, it would have only costed me $20 to get the tire repaired. During these times, money means everything, and I just blew $119 to have Something done that I should have been able to fix myself. I was told by the dealership to simply replace all of the lug bolts with aftermarket bolts to prevent this happening again. I feel it is unfair to have been dealt these problems. Not only has this been an issue, I have a faulty electric lock on the driver side, passenger door the makes a loud buzzing noise when the vehicle locks the manually or automatically when placed in drive, and approaching 10 miles an hour, and the loud noise scares the CRAP out of passengers that aren’t familiar with the Issue. The coat hanger in the back fell right out of the socket upon using it for the very first time, however, the opposite side hanger still works. If I were to sell this vehicle, a buyer will ask for discounts because of these issues, which were beyond my control. At this point, I feel that I wound not repurchase a dodge vehicle due to my experience with this vehicle. Unfortunately I was charged $80 more than quoted because a fuse blew while the technician was updating a component. I swapped out a faulty TCM and needed to get it programed to match the gear ratio of an SRT8. The original was failing at random intervals and causing a u0101 error. I arrived with the kick panel removed, the new TCM installed. I verified the communication with the TCM in the parking lot of the service facility as the line was very long. Once they recieved the vehicle, additional time was needed to troubleshoot an issue that was not present when I handed the keys over. Its unfortunate on both sides, but I ended up paying for the issue.

Work on my vehicle took a week, and was not given any loaner or rental car. I was given the option for a rental, but would not be compensated. Only cover $35 a day when the cheapest rental was $65 a day. On that note, after a week received my vehicle to notice damage to the right front fender at the bottom. Now when I open my passenger door, it makes a noise. Damage seems to be consistent with it being hit with the hoist arms. Overall not satisfied with my visit this time around.

Cesar, saw my USMC decal and thanked me for my service as he too is a Marine. He promised my car would be ready by 2-3:00 PM but it ended up being ready before Noon. My only wish is they washed my car, but I was very satisfied by Cesar’s service. I also already received my appraisal for my vehicle from Abigail and that is why I clicked no.
