My car wouldn’t start 2 hours after leaving the dealership! I have had his same problem 6 months after purchasing the vehicle cash and it’s never been resolved and now the extended warranty that I purchased has expired as of April 2020! My problem has NEVER BEEN RESOLVED!

Upon removing the dash to replace the airbags, my dashboard now rumbles when the AC is turned on. I had to Inconveniently take it back today and they refused to work on my car until the following week

Reason for service which was under warranty the USB plug was bad and not connecting me to CarPlay after waiting all day, as I drop the car off at 9:30 AM, when I picked up the vehicle a new USB plug had been installed but my CarPlay would not work. Humberto was very helpful and very nice but I don’t understand why this wasn’t tested prior to me picking up the car. Now I need to come back tomorrow. Sit and wait another 2 hrs to see what’s wrong. Just wish it would have been a complete job since it was there 7 hrs and part was in stock. I specifically asked if they’ll have a phone to test with and was told yes. There’s really nothing more to say at this point except see ya tomorrow Michelle Paul

I enjoy working with Yeimy Beltran. She is very professional, very attentive, and she's always hospitable. She always keeps me updated through phone calls or text messages. She's one of the reason why we like getting our car serviced here. The cashiers are always friendly and make sure we get taken care of when waiting in waiting room. I am super happy and satisfied with the service of my 2016 Dodge Dart. They found a problem in removing the knots of the tires, but everyone worked very hard and with commitment to fix this problem and thankfully they did it. The best part with the vehicle service was with the employee David Dew. He really really helped me a lot in taking care of my vehicle and he worked in a very professional manner, writing down everything they did on my vehicle. He even double checked the brake pads. David is a very great, hard worker and super committed to the job. I really think he has to be rewarded and promoted for his hard work. I will definitely come back to service my vehicle here. No one explained the results of the inspection to me. Admittedly, yesterday was pretty smooth. This vehicle was first diagnosed was needing the window in June, then no one ordered it, then no one called me when it came in. And that is the short version.
