My car was filthy when I got it. Most of it was the ash from the fires. I thought you used to wash cars before giving them back. A quick hose down would have been nice. That said. I would not want to wait for someone to hose it down before giving it to me. So in the ideal world, the vehicle would be hosed off before the customer showed up as I would rather get a dirty car quickly then wait for a clean car.

Cesar was unprofessional, I was literally hounding him for an update on my vehicle. I left my car at their location for 3 days, on day 3 I let them know how dissatisfied I was and then magically my car was ready 2 hours later. I will never take my vehicle back here. I was given the run around & was being transferred numerous times before speaking to someone who actually helped.

Personally I don’t like being told I would get calls or updates and no one reaches out. I told my car would be ready a certain day and time. Would of been nice to know a rental car is within my options since it would take longer.

I brought my car in for a warranty repair. I made a appt weeks in advance to ensure there would be time and good communication and I received a complete lack of communication and an abuse of my time.
The first day that my car was in the shop I received no information. I left three messages for my service technician I finally received a call at the end of the day stating essentially that no one had looked at my car and they did not believe the issues that I had bought it in for. Nor had they had any recollection of the software updates that were needed. The following morning I called at 8:30 in the morning to let them know that I have the reference numbers for the software updates that my previous mechanic had found that were needed on my car. Two hours later I have yet to receive a call back. Finally when I did get a hold of my service technician he essentially told me that again, now after a day and a half, my car had not been looked at. He then waited an additional two hours to call me back and tell me finally that even though he had initially told me there were no service update on my car and that what I had been talking about was false, the service technician had and miraculously found that there were neThe following morning I called at 8:30 in the morning to let them know that I had the reference numbers for the software updates that my previous mechanic had found that were needed on my car. Honestly I understand the warranty repair ****, and that it is not lucrative for the business. But in my history I have never had such poor communication and service at a dealership. I never own a car more than four years old and I like to think that I am not really a pain in the ****. But when I blatantly don’t receive callbacks when I call repeatedly, then call repeatedly to speak to the manager and I’m hung up on, it is just very disturbing that this is the way you do business. All the service technician had to do was listen to the reason I brought it in, and listen to the information I had had and it would’ve been solved within three hours of me dropping off my car initially. But instead he decided that I did not know what I was talking about and he did not need to call me back.
