I was initially upset at the fact that you did not have a small part for my shifter. Rather, I had to pay for an entirely new shifter even though it was only missing the small plastic piece that is spring loaded. Literally a small piece of plastic and I was going to be charged over $400 just for the part, not even inc labor. Then, my start/stop is not working and giving me an error message. You guys wanted to charge me $175 just to look at it. Sorry, that is a rip off. I bought the Jeep at your dealership. You’ve lost a customer for life. His attitude didn’t help things.

I appreciate all your supports, yes. But just the matter of the vehicle issue. Stealing vibrating, wobbling. Result came from service shows, it is due to the spacer on spring. I understand it is not factory but this is not the issue causing. I see so many same issues complained about "death wobble" on web. can you please research them and come up with solution? Hope you understand it is very scary when stealing wheel start vibrate, not the shock issue. It must be program or some other issue.

When I brought my car in for a recall repair, I sat in the waiting room for it to be fixed. I went to use the restroom and there was a homeless person taking their clothes off in the last stall of the women restroom that looked like she slept in the restroom over night. I alerted the girl at the pay desk, who went to get a male co-worker because we thought it was a man. It turns out it was a women but she had been in there overnight. This is a problem because with COVID-19, businesses need to make sure there facilities are clean and people are wearing masks. If this person was there overnight, it makes me wonder when was the bathroom cleaned last. Its unacceptable.

On another note, the part I have been waiting for, for about 6-7 months now, I’d a major concern. It’s getting me very mad ow. A part came in about 2-3 months ago but it was the wrong part, this wrong. I mean 6-7 months, really, 6-7 months. I have talked to Brian about this as well.
What can be done?

Could not get anyone to return my call when I tried to find out when my jeep would be compete. Called Several times and left messages and not one return call. Plus, I was lied to regarding the check engine light. Was told the train was ecu on the transmission needed a software upgrade. Turns out the code was actually a cylinder misfire error. Total lie for no reason.

Shortly after I drove away, the same error is on my vehicle. Apparently replacing the AUX battery did not resolve it. I will have to schedule another appointment which will take another two days assumably.
