I feel like I paid for unnecessary inspections being performed on the car. Car is still running a little rough. Jillian was not there to check the car in and not there for me to pick car up. This took extra time

Jillian was very helpful and Carlos did a great job with the two warranty issues I came in with. I was disappointed at the length of time it took to resolve however. I had called ahead of time and scheduled an appt with 2 issues. The two problems were located quickly and discussed with me. The first problem was fixed right away but it took another 2+ hours to fix a broken clip on the inside cab glasses box. Since this was a Chevy dealership with people trained specifically in Chevy care, it seems silly that something so simple took so long. I declined the offer to wash my truck because I had been there long enough waiting. I will use service dept again in hopes this was just a fluke. All in all, the two I dealt with had great attitudes and were helpful to resolve my warranty issues.
