Wow, what can I say. I am so disappointed in the service from City Chevrolet. I purchased my vehicle (which had been on the lot for 6 weeks) and it had a long list of repairs that needed to be done. After I purchased the car, I had to bring it back to have the repairs done. I was quoted 4 days and it took 3 weeks! When I brought my car home, I had low tire pressure and noticed that they had missed a few repairs. So I had to bring it back. Again I was quoted 4 days, but it took another week. I owned the car for 5 months and had it for approximately 7 days. I attempted to contact the owner, but Saul reassured me he would resolve everything and “wanted the chance to regain my business.” He told me what he thought I wanted to hear and did not deliver. He told me on a Friday I could pick up my car on Saturday and that he would call me by 8am Saturday. Apparently he forgot his own work schedule because he was off that Saturday. I spoke with another gentleman who said my car wouldn’t be ready for a few more days. I demanded my car back and guess what, it suddenly was able to be picked up!! But not before the gentleman on the phone made it clear that they didn’t know what they were working on. I was offered a free service, but I declined. I will never use City Chevrolet again.
Oh yeah, he is very nice doing his job, he always helped since I got my CHEVY EQUINOX ????????????

Very efficient great service
My only complaint was that I specifically asked to have tire tread depth measured. I was assured that this was part of the inspection. the paperwork I received had no information regarding tread depth (or anything else).
The service woman was very nice. The changes tho at City with some other people, could be desired. I’ve been a customer there over 20yrs and am/was friends with everyone. I’ve been going there every other month and knew everyone by face or name and said “hi” to everyone. The atmosphere has changed drastically and feels more like a money grabber now than a service center. Sorry...but it’s heartbreaking.

Jillian greeted me promptly when I arrived. My car needed routine maintenance. I didn’t have an appointment and she kindly let me know that it might take longer. My car was ready in an hour and a half. Jillian was friendly and informative, I am very pleased with the service at City Chevrolet.
