Jillian went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of on time and properly! I had a lot going on that day due to the recent passing of a family member and she made my service appointment so easy. The last thing I needed was another headache and I was extremely appreciative of the phenomenal service that she gave me!!I was in and out in no time and couldn’t ask for a better experience!
Mike has always taken care of us and is one of the main reason we continue to get service through Chevy. I can trust he is keeping my wife’s care in good shape and proactively recommends upcoming services when we come in so we don’t have to make multiple trips for the little things we often forget about. Process of redeeming Chevy credits for accessory was a bit tedious but Jillian made experience pleasant. Having worked for Gov past 30 years I am used to tedious processes and admin.
Jillian was excellent, she patiently listened to all my concerns about my car and how I wanted it to be serviced. She made sure that all my concerns or questions were answered And I receive my vehicle back in a timely fashion. I don’t know what her mechanical background or knowledge she is but she has a rising career as a service writer

NO not at all,i pull up two guy look at me an did not do a dame thing,but when this white lady pull up they ran out 2help her.but check this outiwas there FIRST,OH NO,YOUR SERVICES TRASH ,AN BY THE WAY I HAD TO TRAVEL THERE IAM NOT FROM SD,AND I BROUGHT MY CAR FROM THERE,
