Picked up my daughter’s truck, the check engine light issue was fixed but not the transmission issue, not running well at all! Fixed the mirror, the part cost almost $200 and then was charged $100 for labor which it literally just snapped on, that’s completely ridiculous! So after having the vehicle for several days and the issues are not fixed, completely unsatisfied

I recently purchased a Bronco Raptor at Ken Grody Ford. This is my second time working with Raul and he was extremely helpful just like the first time. He address all my concerns, answers all my questions and keeps me updated with my service. I look forward to continue to work with him.

Annette Gironta is such an asset to your company as a woman I have found myself able to express was is going on with my car and she is able to understand. I have experience dealing with men at the service center which I felt I was being brushed off, not understanding what I needed done to my vehicle in a nutshell she would listen and then she would look into it I’m totally happy with her service 100%

Tim was great! He took my call to schedule service and also checked me in at the counter. I waited for my service and Tim showed me the lounge areas and location of the restroom. Tim came to check on me and provided me with updates about my vehicle. When my truck was ready he brought the paperwork to me and explained the service. He also let me know my truck was washed and reminded me when to schedule my next service. It was a great experience…I will always choose Ken Grody Ford for my F150.
