Mario was knowledgeable and patient. He understood that I like to work on my cars sometimes and was still willing to work with me. He also did charge me an arm and a leg for what was really a simple reset of the brake system. Definitely a great experience all around.

I’m a widow on SS and I rely on Tim and the crew at Ken Grody Ford for their fast and honest service to my 1998 Ford Explorer. Yes, it’s an “old car” but I never feel like I’m being pressured into buying/paying for something it doesn’t need or that it’s “ time to get a new one”. So, also with the close proximity of my house to the dealership, I’ll be a satisfied customer for some time to come.
