Everyone was so nice and helpful in every way. Even my original salesman came by and said hello. He also called to see how everything went because he said he was busy that day. My car was done in a timely matter and again, everyone, especially Tim was so professional and handled my situation perfectly.

I would give four and a half...my car did not seem washed well at all...bird spots still on car and most obviously on the sunroof glass :/ Minor but still... Everything else was great!

Hasan was polite and helpful. Service was quick. Diagnosis fee ended up costing less than expected, which I was grateful for since my vehicle ended up needing to be salvaged (engine was seized).

The valet, Michael let me wait in line when dropping my car off for 30 minutes and never came back. I had to go in and find him, his excuse was he could not find anyone. I had an appointment to have the car that I just purchased bumper painted. It took another 45 minutes to get out of there from the time I talked to Gus after the 30 minutes that I had already waited.
