Everything was awesome! Hassan was very nice and super helpful. Was not pushy at all. The lobby has such delicious drinks! I was able to get so much work done while waiting for my car.

I received excellent customer service from Mike / service manager, Angello and his team today. Angello was Very professional, polite and makes me feel that I’m a team member of South County Lexus. Angello knew the service for my NX , wt a blink of an eye my loaner was ready so I won’t miss my doctors appointment today. Kudos to upper management for a great team work.
