Valerie has been very helpful in diagnosing my 2005 Siena van and making timely repairs on the Timing belt and water pump thereby avoiding any major damage to the engine. She also took care of the coolant issue where the overflow tank cap was blown off. The van is in good condition now. I am pleased with her service.
