The service representative didn’t have much time to talk to me regarding the special concern I had regarding my RAV 4. She was busy with another call and did not pay much attention to the details of the problem and simply said that there is no way of diagnose the issue today and to call another day. We have been dealing with Toyota for almost two years now but never come across such a poor customer service from you guys…better pay much attention to the concerns of the clients more…as we have chosen you with a trust of our vehicles…
