My appointment was at 8am. I arrived on time and was checked in by the lady in the service area. She had a tablet and said "your service advisor is Lily", but at no time was i told i had ro check in with Lily. She simply said i can wait inside. At approximately 1030, i asked one of the cashiers if the car was ready. She said she doesn't see it in the system. I immediately went to Lily's office and Lily stated that i was supposed to check in with her after checkung in outside. The first time i brought the vehicle i didnt have to check in with anyone else. So i waited for 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and nothing had been done. After speaking with Lily, the vehicle was serviced within 30 minutes.
My service advisor Carlos is a very friendly and efficient, he is transparent and honest, my technician Curtis is a very knowledgeable and he knows my car from top to bottom. I am very satisfied with the service at Frontier Toyota and I recommend them for any services your vehicle it might need .
