This was the second time I had to come to get my bed cover installed. The first time a part was missing. This time I waited an hour before I was checked in. After an hour I found out I was waiting for nothing. Angel said that the worker who would be working on my truck called in sick. I understand everyone gets sick, but I should have been told me this when I first arrived instead of waiting for an hour.

I made an appointment, took my vehicle in and specifically informed service rep. of the issue. Coolant leaking from reservoir. I literally pointed out where the leak was. After having the car all day, I received a call telling me the car still had not been looked at and it would take another day. She further stated it was Tom Bell’s policy to take two days to diagnose a vehicle. I’m disappointed in your service department. I was initially told there were 2 cars ahead of mine, but in the phone call there were now 4 cars ahead of me. There are many other options and dealers to take my vehicle to for service. I’m disappointed and I really thought I had found a dealer in Tom Bell that I could use to service my Corvette. Not sure I’ll be returning.
