The service department there is Awesome Rick ,Matt ,Tom ,Nate ,John ,Cort, Ralph and Johnny are always very friendly and willing to help. Would highly recommend anyone to go there.

I was quite disappointed in your shuttle service offering. When I called in to make the appointment, I was advised that a shuttle service was available to take me from the dealership to anywhere in the valley with pickup service from that location to return to the dealership. Upon checking in for service and asking about the shuttle service, I was told by the service advisor that due to COVID only one shuttle was running and that only one person at a time could ride in the shuttle vehicle or family group. In addition, I was advised that there was three people ahead of me on the shuttle list and further advised that I was welcome to wait in the customer lounge for my turn. Well, 3.5 hours later my SUV was ready and no one approached me about a ride. I should have me advised about the LHM shuttle issues when I made the appointment so that I could have made arrangements for a ride, thus avoiding a 3.5 hour wait in you waiting room. Other than the shuttle issue, the service advisor was friendly, courteous and good to work with.

Was told a specific part was the problem; paid to have it replaced. Problem persists and instantly threw a check engine light after I left the dealership.
