2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable
I was very satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of your stuff again everything as convenient for me as possible the shuttle driver getting me to work and back in a timely, And everyone is very friendly as well which is a good thing
John Lavender was excellent and kept me apprised of the progress on the service. Everything went well. The only minor gap was that the fuel filter % remaining message hadn’t been reset following replacement of the filter. I reset it myself easily enough. Can’t say enough good things about John.
John was great to work with I felt he had I good knowledge of everything we discussed .... I hope I can work with him again
You service department rates an A+ I was asked and advised of the services needed for my 2015 LTZ Tahoe . All was completed in a timely manner, my service rep was on top of all communications. Thank you entire service department. I will see you in 3000 miles.

Miscommunication and running my truck back-and-forth is ridiculous and the pay extra for an extended warranty don’t cover **** just pisses me right the hell off thanks Rory
Tom is a pro. Got emissions checked without a reservation in record time. The bill and registration were taken care of with speed and accuracy.
Have not been disappointed yet.

I dropped my truck off at 7:30 a.m. and was told it would be done in about an hour. As I was leaving I received a text saying "thank you for choosing Larry H. Miller, etc. Shortly after that I received a phone call from John saying the air filter needed to be replaced. I gave permission to go ahead and change it. Didn't hear anything more so I called around noon to see if it was done. Got sent to John's voicemail. Left a message. Called again a little after 1 p.m. Sent to voicemail again. Called back and the receptionist told me it was on a parts hold. She put me on hold for over 10 minutes to go check. Didn't say anything and just transferred me to John's voicemail. Called back AGAIN and finally got to speak with John who said it had been done since 9 a.m. and that they texted the wrong number. Well, I'm not sure how the original text and the phone call made it through to the correct number, but the important text saying it was done went to the wrong number. I lost an entire day of work waiting for an oil change! If I had not paid for oil changes in advance I would NOT bring my truck to the dealership to have them done.

The lack of communication coupled with the length of time it took added to an already stressful situation with my wife being in hospice care. After picking the vehicle up l noticed one of my right turn signals not working. Now l have to get that fixed. I thought your shop would've done a safety check.
