As always, Tom Scharlow is the epitome of outstanding & professional customer service. His demeanor, cheerful and anxious to provide the best service to me as a customer was quite refreshing. I look forward to being served by him because of his willingness to “put it all out there” for the customers. I was so impressed by his service when he reached to give me my car service sheet I asked him to open his hand, which he did with sort of a puzzled look, I put a $10 bill in his hand and jumped into my car before he realized what had happened. I recommend Tom be evaluated for a pay increase! LH Miller Chevrolet is blessed to have him as an employee.

I like the dealership service and the Manager, who is great. That is not the Manager's fault by any means. But I had recently acquired new a 2019 Z06 and this 2020 Silverado. Out of the blue, the car drain the battery. They had recharged the battery and ran diagnostics and that was it! When a battery like that discharges you need a new one, the tests are not enough. Although the car is brand new I have now lost the faith that it is a reliable vehicle. It is still a mystery to why the battery has discharged. My idea is that there was a software failed which did not shut off the vehicle completely which ended up draining the battery for a module that was probably not properly shut off. I am a big GM fan and had owned over 13 Corvettes and 3 Silverados and other GM vehicles. But that, considering the price of the vehicle, was a bad procedure. At a minimum the battery should have been replaced and more information should be collected for it not the happen again. Fortunately for me, the vehicle was at home when that happened and not at a distant location. Not a proper way to satisfy a customer. I have never given a negative review and this will be the first. Not a negative review for the Manager and the dealership but for the procedure that was done to the car. In other words: nothing done. I have a brand new 2020 Silverado which I bought because it is supposed to be reliable but my impression now is that it is not. I am just concerned if that happens while my wife is driving it away from home. Thank you.
