I paid for a year Maintenance plan to have 3 oil changes and three tire rotations completed. I had my first visit yesterday. The maintenance team Completed my oil change, but they did not rotate my tires.

I always ask Nate the most peculiar questions about my truck and he is always willing to dig into whatever issues I bring up even though most of the answers aren’t usually found on my trucks spec sheet. For example, this last time, I asked him whether head rests from another GM vehicle would fit my truck and whether I could remove the passenger seat without setting off the airbag sensor. He found the answer to both questions. He should be the service manager.
