One more item on my service experience with Larry H Miller recently. When there was the problem with the fuel pump not having been installed properly I tried to separate times to get in touch with your service manager. Both times I was put on hold, and I was directed back to one of the service writers parenthesis people I had already talk to), and not the service manager.
If I Had wanted to talk to those same individuals again I would have asked for them. I specifically asked to speak to the service manager and was redirected both times.
I’m not sure just exactly what was more important in his schedule than my car catching on fire but apparently something was more important.
So that part of the service I’m not impressed with either.
I'm still losing coolant. The issue has not been fully resolved. There have been too many issues with this car for it being purchased as a brand new vehicle. Started having issues 6 months after purchasing the 2015 Chevy Sonic. The car is only 5 years old and I've already paid out over $1200 in 2 months for issues that aren't normally seen until the vehicle is at least 10 years old. I'm debating if it would even be worth returning to LHM Chevrolet to purchase another vehicle in the future.
