No car wash, which isn’t a big deal, it came in a little muddy. The tires were rotated but the pressure was not adjusted. It makes me wonder what else they didn’t do that they were supposed to. It even states on the sheet they gave me that they adjusted the pressure, twice! The service guy I delt with was pretty good, but didn’t even look up To see if there was a service call on the flow plug. I had to tell him there was one. It would have cost me $170 bucks. He did apologize and say he was glad I mentioned it. All in all I have been treated decent, but do what you say you are going to do. Even the small stuff.

Was pretty much what I expected. Maybe cut back on appointments until you are allowed to be fully staffed, but the staff is doing a fantastic job.

I asked for tire rotation, and they did not say on receipt that they did or not . I sent text message back to you and nobody answered. Would like confirmation that it was done , it was supposed to be free rotation with 1st service

Great communication. Went in for a simple oil change but something else was wrong. They communicated with my wife who had dropped off the truck for me of the situation. They then where sent the wrong part so the service department sent there own guy to retrieve the correct part to get the truck done. Great service.
