I was told my truck would be done the day I dropped it off which was not true. I called 5 hours it was dropped off and it had not even been looked at yet. I was then told it would not be done till the next day which was problematic as I was going out of town. So now I have a car that has not been fixed and have to travel with it. Needless to say I am a bit frustrated. I know you are short staffed due to covid, but some better communication would have prevented me from taking time off work and my wife from taking time off work to not get my truck fixed.

I love the service there usually but I don't understand why it took 2 hours just to change my oil and top off fluid, rotate tires when I had an appointment that I showed up a few minutes early for. I love the people who work there. The one who helped me is always very charming.
