Had a recall on my car your company bent the airbag cover and lied about it. Then when I had the second recall on my airbag the cover was sticking up on one side and you tried to say it was the Heat. I can't speak about all the mechanics at this particular Larry H Miller because I'm sure there's some really good ones. But whoever worked on my recall for my airbags and then lied to me about it and saying you didn't even touch my airbags even though I'm on my second attempt to have this resolved the service manager admitted they touch the bags don't lie to me be honest that's all I asked especially when I'm giving you my business and now I have to live with my airbag cover being bent thank you Larry H Miller

Please stop sending coupons to people who have cars that you will not accept said coupon for. It kills the customer service aspect. Shows I am just a number in your system at best.

No, the worst experience I've had.. I was told my truck would be done that day, was not.. went the next day my truck sat for 5 hours and nothing. wasted my whole day.. will never go back.. just lied to me the whole time

When you schedule an appointment it shouldn't take 1.5hrs to complete a oil change.
I took my truck in for an oil change and an oil pressure sensor to be replaced. When I went to pick up my truck it was still having issues and I had to leave it. I picked up the truck and headed out of state on a 10-day hunting trip to South Dakota. While on the way to South Dakota, the check engine oil warning came on. Upon checking, the oil was low and the underside of the truck showed signs of a considerable oil leak. I had to find a mechanic in a remote area of Wyoming. They informed me that the repair had not been done properly and was leaking. I brought the truck back in to be fixed yesterday. was told that it was fixed and I picked it up the same day. One day later, it is still leaking oil. This is extremely frustrating given that I have a 50 min drive (one way) to the dealership and then waiting for four hours. I believe most business owners would state that they do not have time to waste six hours multiple times on service that is not getting done appropriately.
