Aldo was very courteous and was able to get my VW back to me in time to take it on a big road trip.
My constructive feedback is that I wish we had known up front that our old battery would not be returned to us. We could have gotten a 75 dollar rebate.

Chris Sung and the services that he provided are a class act. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Chris. The first was one my engine died last January. Despite the severity of the repair and that I was without my car for 3 weeks, Chris kept me fully informed. Because of his level of care and service,, I switched Audi service dealers after 20 years of obtaining service elsewhere.
I really like Chris but I wasn’t completely satisfied for 2 reasons. 1) I would like to have my service consultant provide an update of what services were performed and if there is anything that I need to know or pay attention to 2) I had a note on my account to have my car washed from 2017. It didn’t happen last time and I was told to come back on a weekday which I did. I made a note on my appt and mentioned it in person - i was told it wasn’t possible. But then when I was leaving, Chris said he saw the note and that it would be taken care of next time. Why wasn’t this note noticed before even when I pointed it out twice?

Overall, good service but it really bothers me when I’m told I’m wrong when in fact I am right. Here we were talking about whether or not my car had a feature. I told the tech that based on what I reviewed in the specs according to the VIN number, the car should have the feature in question. The tech told me in a patronizing way, “no, I ran the VIN number check, and your car does not have that feature”. At the end, the car did have the feature, just like I had indicated earlier.
Jim did a great job. He communicated well and was very friendly and helpful.

Professional and able to exactly tell me what’s the issue of the vehicle and explain the process of ordering parts and needing to return the car due to lack of inventory in replacing the camera.
And again, consistently even if no car wash is available a simple vacuum or the used of a paper to protect the carpet of the car could have been used by the staff who are working on the vehicle.
Otherwise, improved satisfaction and positive experience since my last visit.

Ashley Blackburn is great, so I do not want this to be a reflection of her service. I brought my car in to have a speaker and an interior door panel which is discolored replaced. The car is about ~2 months old. The wrong speaker was ordered and I was told the interior door panel was replaced. When I picked up my car I noticed the panel was not replaced. No one asked me if I have Uber receipts to be reimbursed either. Quite disappointing.
