This was my third trip to Royal Motor’s Service for the same issue with my car. Frank took time to listen to the issue and let me text him the video I took of the problem. He sounded like he had enough experience where he could suggest what the problem was based on my previous visits and was thoughtful enough to ask if they could keep my car overnight. He called me the following morning and even though he had to deliver bad news, he was kind enough to explain it to me in layman’s terms and more than once. I really appreciated the timehe took for this.

When I came I told the team that I think I have some transmission issues and they charge me $245 to let me know that I have a transmission issue so I’m not clear what exactly they add to me more than I know when I came. also Craig told me that’s going to be roughly about $2000 for some mechanical or hydraulic instrument that might be at the transmission but ended up that you guys asking me for almost $7000 which is more than the value of my car. Also the code that I was given when I looked it up talking about issue with Sensor that compare burning gas was the speed of the car. Also the code pointed out that it might be the issue where is the heating thermostat for the transmission oil itself which is both of them makes sense to me but not changing a brand new transmission as your team indicate
