Problem was not solved and no one called me to tell me that. Instead I spent time and money on a “fix” that wasn’t. I would have appreciated a call saying that you needed.time to figure out the problem, and a guestimate of the time and costs. Now I have to spend more time trying to get answers, finding a mutually agreeable time, and going thru all the hassle of getting there on MUNI again. AND spending more money on a 13 year old car. Yuck!

I was disappointed that the recall service in April didn’t preemptively account for the clock spring difficulty I faced this week. However, I was pleased with the responsive service center crew.
