Everything was nice and smooth. Only forgot to get orange placard to DMV. Also the Enterprise loaner only partial coverage when it is a recall. Should let customer know that and need creditcard and insurance card if it does not work.

If you input 1525 Howard Street into Google Maps, it takes you to the wrong place. I therefore got lost downtown. It would be good to warn people about Google Maps. Lost downtown, I telephoned the Royal Automotive Group to find out the true location. Phoned at 9:50AM and stayed on the line for 18 minutes, but no one took the call. Later when the manager made the same call in my presence, the call went through at once. From my interaction with the manager, I formed the impression of him as a talented and resourceful administrator, who would work to solve these problems.
The actual servicing of my car went smoothly.
