Hi. I picked my car up today & it must not have been test driven up a hill b/c as soon as I crossed the GGBridge & headed up to the tunnel on 101 the check engine light started blinking again & the dash said “reduce speed or shift gears” again & the temp symbol was there. In fact anytime the revs reach 3 or higher the same thing happens. It still bumps up & down on idle & initial acceleration too. I just spent $1100 on the car & I am very concerned b/c this happens to be a huge unexpected expenditure for me & I thought bringing it to Volvo meant the service guys would know what to do. I will be bringing my car back in the morning, Ashley. I hope I make it! Thanks, Rema

Frank is great. He is personable and clearly cared about my experience today. He promised the device would be done before 1pm and delivered. But the price increase for basic oil changes and the discontinuation of the three pack for oil changes will make me shop elsewhere. That was such an easy option! Also it was a half hour before my car could be extracted from the lot upstairs -which felt like too long.

The antenna that was ordered for my service was damaged (this was the second/third attempt to have it fixed). I was told a new part was ordered and would arrive the next week and to await a call. That was at least 2 weeks ago, I’ve followed up twice and heard nothing.
