The service was very good in person. However, I called ahead to ask a question and left a voicemail for both a service agent, and when I did not hear back, also called the manager. Neither ever returned my call.

Adam picked up on a misunderstanding between a staff member and myself when my TDI failed smog due to emissions covered by recall. He listened when I was frustrated and was fair and explained everything thoroughly. Excellent management and solid guy.

The check-in with Klever was smooth but the pick up fell far short of my service experience at other Audi dealers. It took nearly a half hour for me to have my car brought around after checking in to pick up and that required follow through on my part and when I received it, the new $300 tire that was installed looked terrible with grease all over it. One of the guys cleaned it off for me but I couldn’t believe it would be delivered in that condition. The service center was also not that busy at 3:30 in the afternoon. I’m on my my 3rd A4 and this was by far the worst Audi Service experience I’ve had.

Silvio was absolutely awesome!!! However, I called and left a message, and emailed three different times (with no response) to make the appointment in the first place. Of course that has nothing to do with Silvio though! He was fabulous.
