Ashley was fantastic but i was disappointed to learn that my brand new Volvo XC60 (under 1 year old) had a issue with the factory issued tire (Ashley explained that the sound proofing had come off and was the cause of the car violently shaking above 50 MPH - was NOT covered by the warrantee. This feels like something that should be handled by the dealer vs requiring the owner to now spend over $275 for a new tire.

Jim provided excellent customer service. However this is the second time I’ve been in for my annual service and my maps have not been updated. Application updates should be part of the annual service process. Now I have to go back into the dealership to have the app refreshed which is a huge inconvenience.
Aldo was great! He went above and beyond to get my coolant leak issue fixed and he was able to get it fully covered by VW! Completely satisfied and I would recommend Royal Auto service shop to any VW owner.
Frank was great. He brought to my attention a safety issue with my front end that CarMax is responsible for resolving. My hat off to Frank for his due diligence in recognizing a serious problem and relaying it to me.

Communication breakdown. Kept my car overnight, never got a call. When I called late afternoon and left a message I never got a call back. I understand Darren went to the hospital; I had to just show up and find that out. I hope he’s
ok but the inter department communication was lacking as was communication with customer.
