Compared to my past experience with service/repairs at Advanced Audi, The service provided by Royal Motors was head and shoulders above that at Advanced Audi. Very efficient, getting reimbursed for my Uber ride, kick **** Keurig coffee machine ( it automagically dumps the pod), and customer oriented people (including Sierra who set up the appointment and Adam who is a likeable fellow). So far so good with my Royal Motors experience. My wife said the same thing when she was in to have a second key programmed.

Aldo was great. He serviced me quickly, so I could get quickly in and out both times when dropping off the car and when picking it up. He was friendly and professional and communicated clearly. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Literally the best car related experience I’ve ever had and the majority of my friends work for Uber and Lyft. We just moved to the city and this service experience is second to none. The receptionist, to the intake to the guy who out the key in my hand at the end of the transaction were all smart, communicative, and efficient. They seemed to enjoy doing their jobs and made us feel special. Thank you.

Klever did a great job. I brought my car in for service but it was making a harmonic noise after the service. I brought the car back in and Klever was very detailed in getting the problem fixed. Thanks Klever. One suggestion I would have to the techs is to drive the car around after the service. This way I don’t have to run into a issue and bring the car back in. Again, I’m so happy that Klever was my advisor and he handled every so well! Thanks!
