Dan is the best service adviser I have ever worked with. I've owned three BMWs previously and currently own a Porsche (all purchased new and serviced by the dealer) and none of them compare to the service I received from Dan at Royal Motors. He's patient, accommodating and clear with his communication. His team of colleagues are also spot on when it comes to customer service (which unfortunately no longer exists across many other facets) and very unexpected especially from a Mazda service center. Keep ups the great work!

Extremely upset with this visit. No one ever called me back for updates for many days, had to submit a claim with my insurance in which I needed you to send them information that never happened. I had to call day after day for any information and it was only until Chris got involved that anything got done.

Hi Royal Auto Group, I was really disappointed with my last visit - and a bit of my visit before last. On June 29, 2019 - I brought my car in for maintenance. Aldo pointed out that my gas tank door was not sitting flush and would replace it. When I picked my car up later that day, he explained that they didn't have the part and they would call me once it arrive. *never received that call* On November 1, 2019 - I scheduled my car to come in because of a couple of recalls. Additionally, to get my car washed, detailed and have my wiper blades changed out. Upon arrival, I also informed Craig that during my last visit (06/29/19) it was pointed out that my gas tank didn't sit flush and they had to order a part - and if we could add that to today's list of things for my car. When picking up my car, they told me that they had to order parts to fix my car so they were not able to fix the gas tank door. Ok, fine. I also learned, when they pulled my car around, that my car was not washed nor detailed. I would have given feedback right then and there but the person who handed the keys to me was gone before I even saw my car. Both Aldo and Craig were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable - what absolutely lacked, and I am not sure on whose part, was the follow up. It clearly stated in my appointment that I requested for a wash and detail - not sure how this was amiss. And I will have to bring my car in, again, to get my gas door flush. So while I still think that people at Royal are extremely friendly, I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and follow up that I have been receiving.

Poor communication and not taking responsibility for question and redirecting to the fact ”I didn't sell you X or Y”. Worst was when he told me that I as a customer should be reading contracts before signing them. Sorry but really awful experience

I did have great customer care! Everyone was very kind, and thorough in explaining the servicing + downloads of new software, etc. I own a volvo xc40, and I was bummed that you are no longer doing tire repair. I've had this vehicle for 10 months, and have already gotten 3 leaky tires. One already had to be replaced. The previous 2 times I took my vehicle to volvo burlingame and they were able to service my tire. Your team informed that you are no longer servicing. While they gave me a recommendation, I did want to share that I was hoping my tire issue would be fully resolved when I took it in, so that was disappointing. I encourage you to revisit your policy on no longer doing tire repair
