Amazing attention to a senior citizen like me. I felt that Jim went out of his way to give me the best possible service. My service was expedited and every employee appeared to be in the greatest and friendliest mood. I had the perfect Volvo service imaginable!
My CX-9 recall service was supposed to take 2 hours, then 5 hours, and eventually took a day and a half. I was told that the recall was quite involved, but according to your service receipt, it doesn't sound too involved at all. It makes me think that maybe the part was not in stock, which I was told it may not be when I checked the car in. Not impressed with the turnaround time.
Thoroughly explained an issue I brought up.

Johnny was great. He was professional, polite and fast. He was accommodating when I needed to pick the car up the next morning and was all around very helpful. The only reason I wasn’t completely satisfied is because the car wash was out of order.

Adam was Great but the passenger side-view MIRROR was SCRATCHED! when my auto came out.
It was noted by the Service Rep who said he would let Adam/Mgmt KNOW! & would be repaired by Audi.

The entire front interior was covered in black rubber scraps and dust. The seats, center console, floor, dash, instrument cluster... Even the seams and cracks of the seats were filled with debris. Secondly, the interior side of the new windshield was not cleaned and has a hazy film across it. This is not the level of service one would expect from a dealership. If you replace the windows of your home, would you anticipate a slew of debris on the floor of your bedroom and uncleaned windows? To top it off, a car wash is still not available at this service department so that means the exterior of the car is cover with handprints and oily smudges around the windshield.

Dan Spingola is great. He is always very clear about the service I’m about to get. He follows through and is very responsive to emails or calls. It’s a great pleasure interacting with him and the Royal Auto Group!
