This is the second year that I have taken my parents VW in for service. Last year I was very disappointed, but this year what a change. Frank had wonderful customer service skills, explained what was going to be done on their car, and had the VW ready when he said. If Frank is going to be at VW next year I will be back. Jim is always knowledgeable and professional. He kept me updated about the repairs. He was also extremely kind in helping me, even at 6pm when I arrived to pick up the car. He always goes above and beyond.

The wait for the car return was well outside what I expected at 45 minutes. There was apparently a mixup about whose car (not mine) the team was sent after, but one would think seeing a client waiting into 20-25 minutes someone would have troubleshot the problem.
