Tire pressure light had been coming on. Royal found a nail so thus a new $245 tire. Tire pressure light was set to off. Not ten minutes later the tire pressure light came back on. Royal called me back in. Hopefully the light stays off.

Cars were backed up upon arrival and wait for service rep was 15 minutes once I got in. Adam was fantastic! Lack of organization upon arrival was first impression. Ohhh and the part needed for my car wasn’t available so I have to go back.

I came to pick up my car today, August 3rd, after being in your care since July 24th, and the sun roof will not close now. Not only was the repair not done properly, but now I have to be without a car even longer. This is sloppy, unprofessional and not satisfactory in the least.
