please don't contact me. the only reason i brought my car in is because it had a recalled part. I bought the mazda 5 from Royal Auto 6 years ago. But the purchase experience left a very bad taste in my mouth as i found your salespeople to be overly agressive. the only problem is that I really wanted a mazda 5. otherwise i would have gone elsewhere. i remember your service manager brag about Royal being a family owned business. never do that. it makes me want to buy from you less. i'd rather shop from professionals

Some packing materials left in vehicle when I received it. Also missing a trunk cover. Not your fault at all, but the moment i picked up the car the AC didn't work so I already had to take it in for service two days after I got the car. Lastly, seems like the guy who gave me a walkthrough of the car isn't fully aware of how features operate as I've recognized inconsistency since I've had the car a couple weeks now and realize he was just wrong on a few things (not a big one for me, but maybe for other people who don't explore their car's features as much)
