This is the first time I took my car to Audi for service. I was met by my service writer, Chris Sung, when I arrived. He was very professional and very clear in explaining to me what service was done on my vehicle. The car was ready when promised and it was totally a great experience. I will definitely bring my car in to Audi SF when I need service on my vehicle.
Ashley is the best, she recognized the problem with the car right away, checked in with me throughout the day and accommodated me when I was a few minutes late on a Friday. I can’t thank her enough!!!

One of the main issues I'd reported, beside the recall, wasn't addressed. Dan had misunderstood the problem so it wasn't even looked at. On another issue, which when I last came in for a previous recall, I was told to come back to get fixed, this time I was told it's working OK -- although it's not like it worked when I first got the car. Also, I was told that a question I had (re: door locks) couldn't happen, but then I found the setting myself and it works as I'd wanted. Lastly, problems that I'd only had once or twice I can understand that they couldn't find them to diagnose, although I'm worried that they might start happening more frequently after the warranty is over.

Dwight was excellent however I found it hard to believe that it cost $900 to install a small rear quarter panel window!
