The customer service department is a joke. I took my car in sometime in February and purchased a new key while the air bags were being repaired. I needed more done on the car and left specific instructions to call me when the key arrived so I can get everything done on one appointment. Obviously, no one called to let me know. I called no less than 10 times trying to find out form someone if the key was there waiting for me. 3 times I was able to talk to someone and they apparently tried to get a hold of the parts department without any luck. They all promised to call me when they found out if the key arrived, no one ever called. The other times I tried to call after working my way through the phone maze, it hung up on me. I left message and no one ever call back. I did what I tried to avoid doing, I drove to the service center on Howard to get the answer to the simple question, Is the KEY THERE? When I got there the service manager was unapologetic, unconcerned, and couldn’t care less what I had endured. He call a lady to see is my key arrived and within minutes she returned with the key clearly marked with my name on it. Unbelievable! No discount was offered, no concern about what I went through. I will never step foot in that place again!

Only drawback as I had to return as a part had to be ordered. Seems like it happens almost every time I get car fixed or serviced.
