I appreciate a prompt appointment and an honest assessment of what needs to be addressed immediately and what was not necessary at this time. I especially appreciate being given the opportunity to be driven home while the repairs were done . When I picked up the car, it had been clean. Now that is Cadillac service!! Thank you Bonnie

Car was not fixed. Car was not cleaned. Windshield was dirty from the water test they performed. Accustomed to a higher level of service from my previous dealers.
