To whom it may concern. In the month of April 2021, I bought my 2018 Escálate, previously I had had GMC brand cars, although I know that it is the same company with a different name, I decided to buy or believe that Cadillac had a better service in terms of customer service, but I I am disappointed because it is the second time that I have the same problem with my Escalate, this second time that I had the same problem I was enjoying a ride with my family and my truck stopped working because of the battery problem... maybe you do not understand how frustrating it was that I was stranded on the road with my children and that at that time no one could help me..
The same day I contacted the dealer where I bought my escalade to see if someone could help me but they just told me that I had to call Road assistant And not to worry because they could help me I just want to tell you what it takes five days so that I could take my truck to the dealer so they could check what the problem was that in the end they told me it was the battery..
but in a polite way I came to leave my truck to the dealer without saying anything and the person who attended me named John Miller... I did not like the attitude he had towards me since when I explained to him what I was taking my truck from, he only limited himself to see me and he didn't care what I said but even so I behaved in a kind way towards him and I just limited myself to telling him to please make sure that I didn't have the same problem in the future well he told me that he would contact me to inform me if the work they were going to do had a guarantee
The next day he called me to tell me that they had changed the truck's battery since, as I said before, that was the problem OK... And that it would not cost anything since the warranty covered it, but he also informed me that the truck for the miles I currently had I had to spend around $700 because they had to change the transmission oil and other things and that was the price I had to pay personally I didn't like it because I really don't think so he knows how frustrating it is for me that after having a bad time he calls me to tell me that I have to spend $700
My decision was only to change the transmission oil and pay around $465. I hope that in the future I will not have the same problem since this car has for 10 months and my wife only drives the truck when she is going to drop off my children at bus stop, and for sometimes the weather is very bad.. and his work is 500 m from the apartment where we live this means that we do not drive more than two miles a day..

I don’t understand how it takes 1:45 min to do an oil change and tire rotation. I tried to arrange a loaner and would have had to wait over a month for an appointment
