Transmission failure at 98k miles. The cost estimate given to me in order to inspect my transmission, which was recently serviced at Martin Chevy, was equal to the cost of a rebuilt transmission from another vender w/ 3 yr warranty; Absolutely ridiculous. My truck will never go back to Martin Chevrolet unless it’s for recall service. Also, my next truck will be a Ford.

Mario went above simple customer service. He helped me order a part through Amazon that Martin did not have in stock. I would like to think that Martin would have called all possible dealers and parts stores to find the necessary part. I was able to order the part through Amazon saving over $200. Thank you Mario for making the word "service" mean something.
Mario very knowledgeable. Left with the feeling he would take care of problem. Be honest this is my second contact I have had with him . I looked up my past documentation to make sure I got him this time and will make sure to get him next time. Excellent service representative!

Nothing was done. The five or six things needed to be done we’re not done at all. After an entire week, I got a call in the form of a voicemail from Dean saying that my car was “ all done” and that they just have to order some parts. When I came down to get the car that’s when the facts came out that nothing was done. While Dean was polite and easy to talk to, I don’t know what he was thinking when he left me that voicemail. At least the undercarriage of the car could’ve been handled because it was making rattling noises, but maybe you didn’t have the parts for that either. I went into Ben’s office when I got there and he apologized and had Dean come in as well. He asked Dean to call customers right away when parts are not available and not wait an entire week. I could have done without the misleading voicemail stating my car was “ done” as well.
My wife had to call you for updates instead of you calling her with regard to the vehicle. Knowing the customers want their vehicle, you should minimize this issue and then the anxiety of not having their vehicle by picking up the phone and contacting people who leave their vehicle for service to let them know when it will be ready so they can make plans. Aside from that, we were happy with our experience because now the vehicle works again. It is weird though that we have had to buy two tires and Aram in the last few months all for the left rear tire. He did that is the worlds unluckiest tire or someone is taking advantage of us. Will assume that it’s the worlds unluckiest tire for now but we are running out of patience because this is getting very expensive and taking a lot of our time.
