I didn’t get the help that I should have got. The lack of customer service at Martin Chevy is horrible. They should make sure when giving information that the people on the phone confirm or in better words know what they are telling the customer.

My service guy Edmundo is good so it is not that however I went in for a simple thing and left with an issue that did not get resolved after having to take it back when I had just picked it up. And I had to rent a car for $100, only to find out I should have kept the rental that I paid for until my Tahoe was corrected . I can’t bring it back again till Saturday due to my work schedule and it is not even something that was wrong before I had maintainence done. Should not have been an issue especially when I am hearing that this is a common issue, if it is then the vehicle should be tested as soon as the new filters are placed to make sure the issue does not exist before giving it back to your customer . Edmundo will see me again on Saturday to resolve issue but I should not have to being my truck back three times and pay for a rental for something that should have been caught in the service area before I picked it up.
