I am VERY disappointed in the length of time it took to complete the oil change on sat 10/12 when I had a 9 am appt. 2:45 min is unacceptable in my opinion. My time is valuable and I was late for another event I had planned that day.
Ed did a great job keeping me up to date with the repairs through phone texts, answered all my questions, and helped ensure that I was set up with a rental while the repairs occurred.
I have worked with Richard for years through several vehicles and he has always been helpful and responsive. He keeps me informed of the status of the work being done on my vehicle which allows me to plan my day around the expected availability of my truck. I give him an A+.
